Two weeks ago I announced that recording has been finished for the new album.
A week ago I revealed the official tracklist of the new album.
Now, I’m happy to share another exciting detail regarding Northern Winds & Winter Hymns. I’ve officially finished mixing and mastering the new album! It took a lot longer than the previous few releases because I’ve had to manage a lot of things in my personal life in the meantime and I also take the production quality of my music a lot more seriously now.
But that’s not all – I will reveal a brand new song this Saturday, August 28th! I’ve already posted a re-recorded version of “Forgotten Tales” last year, and I even redid the vocals and made other adjustments on this version since I posted it, so the album version will be improved. But while it’s nice to hear re-recorded versions of songs you’ve heard before, it’s obviously a lot better to hear a brand new song you’ve never heard before. So, I will be posting the album’s second track and second single, “Oblivion”, on Saturday. Hooray!
