CDs, Labels, and Price Drops

It’s been almost a month since my last post, and there’s a lot to discuss that I should have mentioned awhile ago.
First off: about a month ago, I signed to a new record label, Dazed and Confused Records. Through them I’m able to get the funding for printing physical copies of The Final Journey. While we were discussing the whole thing, we decided that the price for CDs would be anywhere between 5-7 dollars, while the digital price would be lowered to reflect that (more on that later.) We’re starting out with printing 100 copies, and we’ll see where it goes from there. I’m really excited about this because I’ve always wanted a physical copy of my album(s) to show off; not to mention you fans have really been voicing your demand for physical copies, and you’ll finally be getting them! I’m also able to sufficiently repay the few people who helped me with this album with a free copy.
Now, as for the price drops, I’ve set the price for the digital copy of T.F.J. to just $5 (down from $10.) Maybe now sales will increase and I can expand my fanbase, too. To claim your digital version of the album for the newly lowered, super cheap price, just head on over to my BandCamp.
Anyway, thanks for reading the wall of text, and be sure to share this info on your blogs and social networking sites to spread the word; Be sure to also “like” the Facebook page for my label, linked above.
P.S.: A new Northsong album is well underway. 😉
